Education and Medical Training
Dr. Madkaiker earned her medical degree and MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from BJ Medical College and the University of Pune, India. She then completed an Internal Medicine residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
A Passion for Patient-Centered Care
Moving to Jacksonville, FL, in 2001 marked the beginning of Dr. Madkaiker's dedicated service to the community, where she has become known for her compassionate and holistic approach to patient care. Her early career involved house visits, which provided her with a unique understanding of the healthcare needs within Jacksonville. Dr. Madkaiker's commitment to truly listening to her patients and guiding them on their health journey underscores her dedication as a primary care provider.
Beyond Medicine
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Madkaiker finds balance and joy in a variety of activities. She enjoys the relaxation of yoga, the inspiration of music, and the invigoration of hiking. She also actively participates in charity walks, demonstrating her commitment to community well-being. Adding to her vibrant life, Dr. Madkaiker and her husband, Dr. Satyen Madkaiker, share a love for travel and exploration.
